July is bursting with events in League City! Whether you're into music, sailing, or just enjoying the local scene, there's something for everyone. Mark your calendars and join in the fun!

 

Sunset Bazaar on 2nd | RESCHEDULED

Now Sept. 14 | 5 to 9 p.m.

Enjoy a market in the evening during this event. There will be live music, food trucks, yard games for the kids, and over 50 vendors ranging from makers, bakers, and artists. Soulfreak Café will be open during the market, so you can grab a coffee, do some shopping, enjoy the music, and take in the ambience of League Park.

 

Candle Making Class + Wine and Cheese Night

July 16 | 6 to 8 p.m.

Join the Chandlery Candle Bar for a cozy evening of creativity and relaxation in honor of National Wine and Cheese Day! Discover the art of candle making while enjoying 4 distinct wines and savoring delicious cheese tastings. Registration is $45 per person, and you can sign up online.


Space Center Houston’s Apollo 11 55th Anniversary

July 16-24 | During Regular Business Hours

Travel back in time during the celebration of the 55th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon landing. From July 16-24th, Space Center Houston will be showcasing unique experiences including Apollo 11-themed pop-up science labs, mission briefings on the Apollo 11 mission, special NASA tram tours featuring Historic Mission Control and so many more amazing opportunities.

 

Wednesday Night Sailboat Races

July 17, 24, & 31 | 6 p.m.

Kick back and relax on Wednesday evenings at one of Clear Lake's many waterfront restaurants and get a front row seat to Galveston Bay Cruising Association’s weekly sailboat races. Starting at 6 p.m., watch sailboats cut through the waters of Clear Lake while enjoying dinner aboard some of the hottest dining spots like the Barge 295, CABO, and Villa Capri. July 20 | 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Embark on a sweet scavenger hunt hosted by Casebakes Bakery. This expedition will have you exploring local dessert joints, coffee shops, ice cream parlors, and more. The hunt even features some of League City’s own local sweets shops, like Kahuna Joe’s, Craved Creations, the Box Bakery, and Rustika. Tickets can be purchased here.

 

July 20 | 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Support local artists, makers, and bakers at the Soulfreak Makers Market in League Park. From 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., explore a variety of vendors offering food, jewelry, arts, crafts, and live music. It's the perfect spot to find unique treasures and enjoy a lively market atmosphere.


July 20 | 4 to 6 p.m.

Set sail for a fabulous time on Clear Lake with Houston Party Boats and South Shore Harbour Resort! From 4 to 6 p.m., enjoy a two-hour cruise featuring beer, wine, light bites, and a specialty drink from their sponsor. Don't miss this adults-only evening of fun. July 26 | 7 to 10 p.m.

Experience the magic of music at League Park with the League City Folk Association! This free, family-friendly event will feature 12-16 musicians from various genres. Bring your chair, some snacks, and enjoy a night of community and song.

 

Kemah Boardwalk’s Rock the Dock Series

Thursdays in the Summer | 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.

Every Thursday during the summer, get ready for a night of rock at Kemah Boardwalk! Back by popular demand, Kemah Boardwalk's Rock the Dock Summer Concert Series is the perfect way to amp up your summer. Be there as the hottest bands around crush it LIVE every Thursday night from 7:30 to 10:30 p.m.


League City Museums are Open!

Thursdays & Fridays, 1 to 5 p.m. | Saturdays, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Step back into time and explore history through the carefully curated exhibits inside the 1898 One Room Schoolhouse, Barn Museum, and Barber Shop & Ice House. The museums are now open on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and visitors are free to tour the exhibits at their own pace.
